He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur N. Taylor and Ufie Larch Taylor; his wife Maxine Taylor; and his granddaughter Amy Shamblin. He is survived by: his daughter Bernaetta Shamblin; his grandchildren, Lisa Sloan and John Huffman; and his great grandchildren, Austin Marks, Kinley Sloan, Adrian Siers, Dallas Mace, Dalton Huffman and Mya Jett.
