He was predeceased by: his parent Carl W. Cooper. He is survived by: his parent Mabel Price Cooper; his spouses, Coopers Flowers and Martha Cooper; his sons, Matthew Cooper and Jimmy Mitchell; and his brother Steven Cooper. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
