He is survived by: his wife Janet Rucker of Spencer; his children, Richard Dean Rucker (Heather) of Spencer, Stephen Wayne Rucker (Traci) of Columbus, Robert Allen Rucker (Jaedene) of South Dakota and Lisa Gale Rucker of Wadsworth, Ohio; and his siblings, Anna May Gregory of Wooster, Emma Jean Smith (Melvin) of Buckhannon, Herman Ray Rucker of Buckhannon, Wilbur Wesley Rucker of Buckhannon, John Henry Rucker of Elkins and Gary Lee Rucker of Massillon, Ohio. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
