He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Louise Green; his children, Jerry Rogers of Ivydale, WV, Cecil Ray Green (Shania) of Grantsville, WV, Carl W. Green of Spencer, WV, Kevin R Green (Christy) of Big Otter, Devon Griffin (Delbert) of Spencer and Mabel Green of Carrollton, Ohio; and his siblings, James Green (Ruth) of Ripley, Larry Green (Barb) of Leesville and Brenda Sears (Carl) of Arnoldsburg, WV.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
