He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Rose Godfrey McKinney; his daughter Kayla Winkler; and his sister Diane Yoak. He is survived by: his wife Dreama White McKinney; his children, Dayna Seftick (Kevin) of Clarksburg, Dee Winkler of Elkins, Kevin Winkler (Jessica) of Lumberport, Alissa McKinney of Spelter and Andrea McKinney (Levi Martin) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Abagail Winkler, Liam Haught and Mason Lewis; and his great grandchild Brayleigh Lewis.
Bill was employed as a security guard for High Tech Foundation for the last 10 years.
