He is survived by: his children, Tammy Fredrickson (Jeff) of Kingsport, TN, Cynthia Milam Mills of Kegley, WV, Olivia Catherine Hall (Coy) of Barboursville, WV and Tim Hartley (Autumn) of Wilkesboro; his siblings, Gail Ferguson (Larry) of Stokesdale and Harold Hartley (Shirley) of Ferguson, NC; his grandchildren, Ethan Montgomery, Katelyn Grace Fredrickson, Beau Hartley Maria Hartley, Tori Hartley, Amelia Mills, Allison Mills, Aaron Mills and Annie Mills; and also Georgia Lou Shrewsbury. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
