He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny B. Meadows and Effie G. Meadows (Clark); his granddaughter Ashley Nicole Wamsley; and his sister Gloria Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Doreen J. Meadows (Morris); his children, Carla Meadows (Scott Slinde) of Point Pleasant, Ricia Wamsley (Chip Spears) of Southside and Mark Meadows (Cheryl) of New Cumberland, WV; and his grandson Logan Meadows. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
