He is survived by: his wife Norma; and his children, Jackie Ray Covey of Shady Spring, WV, Gary Alvin Covey of Sutton, WV and Terry Cernuto of Sophia, WV. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
