We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 69, Ricky Ross Ruble of Sophia, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ruble and Nina Ruble; his siblings, Rev. Pat Ruble and Janet Forren; and his parents-in-law, Orion and Mildred Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Anne Morgan; his daughters, Tara LaDonne Miller and Cara Michele Stephenson; his sons-in-law, Jeremy Miller and Travis Stephenson; his grandchildren, Saylor Grace, Jayden Ross Ruble, Eden Reign, Branson Maverick, Bryce Ocean, Tomlyn Reef and Ripley Wave; his grandson-in-law Blake Pack; his siblings, George Ruble (Betty), Geary Ruble and Diane Ruble; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Ruble, John Morgan (Robin), Jeff Morgan (Cheryl) and Joel Morgan (Angela).
