He is survived by: his son David Lee (Carrie) of Culloden; his grandchildren, Tyler and Elizabeth Grace Lee; his sister Helen Ruby of Garretts Bend; his nephews, Steve Ruby (Chelsea) and Mark Ruby; his great-nephews, Robert and Thomas Ruby; and his great-niece Caroline Ruby.
