She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Roberts Belcher and Aquilla C. Belcher; and her siblings, Edward Belcher, Mary E. Pauley and June Markgraf.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Williams; her daughter Pamela Cummings; her granddaughter Cambria Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Madeline Rose and Chase Ezekiel; and her siblings, Richard Belcher (Jewell) and Wanda Kennedy (George).
