He is survived by: his wife Karen Dunbar Goins; his sons, Michael Goins (Sonya) of Virginia, Arnold Goins (Maxine) of Virginia and Gene Goins (Brenda) of Rainelle; his grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Chandler, Savannah and Tucker; and his siblings, Ernest Goins of Alderson, Dale Goins of Frankford, Leo Gene Goins of Alderson, Ermal Goins of Alderson, Evelyn of Ronceverte and Arthella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
