He is survived by: his brothers, Leonard Holstine of Smithville, WV and Paul Holstine of Vienna, WV; and his nephews, Duane West (Angela) of Vienna, WV and David West (Tammy) of Davisville, WV. He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
