He is survived by: his great grandchild Cooper Jaxson Wade; his sisters, Linda Bush (Rusty) of Smithville, WV, Judy Johnson (Bill) of Smithville, WV, Susan Frymier (Tony Riddle) of Smithville, WV and Cindy Nichols (Roger) of St. Mary's, WV; and his close friend Becky Nicholson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins.
