She is survived by: her husband Larry Wade Collins; and her siblings, Santa Rose Suver (Mark) of Gallipolis, OH and Charles L. Waugh Jr. (Mindy) of Gallipolis, OH. She is also survived by 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 5 great nieces, 3 great nephews, 4 great great nieces, and 6 great great nephews.
