She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ross Whipkey and Hannah R. Wyer; her husband Donald C. Tingler; and her siblings, Leroy, Harlen, Ray, Burl Wyer, Merle Tingler and Elsie Wells.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel C. Tingler (Terry) of Mineral Wells, WV, Beverly L. Riddle (Fredrick) of Smithville, WV, Kenny D. Tingler (Lori) of Belpre, OH and Douglas E. Tingler of Parkersburg, WV; her sister Virgie Barker of Smithville, WV; and her grandchildren, Ryan Tingler, Erik Tingler, Josh Tingler (Kaylie), Leslie Riddle, Jonathan Riddle (Jami), Melinda Baughman (Anthony), Dustin Tingler (Melissa), Morgan Shreve (Evan) and McKinley Tingler. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
