He is survived by: his brothers, Willard Eugene Burdine Sr. (Rosie) of New Manchester, WV and Thomas Lindsey Burdine of Smithfield, WV; his sister-in-law Joann Burdine of East Liverpool, OH; his nieces and nephews, Anita Hopwood (Rob) of New Cumberland, WV, Loretta Miller (Clint) of East Liverpool, OH, Willard "Buzzy" Burdine Jr. of Chester, WV and Sammy Burdine Jr. of Paris, OH; his great-nephews, Joey Hopwood (Breanna) and Matthew Miller; his great-niece Devynn Hopwood; and also Shane Marshall Davis.
