He is survived by: his children, Brad (Stacy Starkey), Sherri (Jim Bob Myers) and Kerri (George Higgs); his grandchildren, Valerie Goodrich of Littleton, Molly Shaver of Grafton, Angelica McAtte of Shinnston, Jade Cooper of Folsom, Kristen Starkey of Pine Grove, Rachelle Starkey of Friendly, Jenny Starker of Moundsville and Rex Starkey of Toledo, OH; and his siblings, Shirley Hobbs (Paul) of Blackwell, OK, Larry Starkey (Patty) of Folsom and Carol Starkey of Bridgeport, OH. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
