He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Flanagan and Lucille Flanagan; his in-laws, Gordon and Ethel Hayes; his brother Gene Flanagan; his brother-in-law Thomas Hayes; and his niece Debra Flanagan Shuler.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Hayes Flanagan; his children, Patricia (Mike) and Jeff; his son-in-law Tim Shuler (late Debbie); his grandchildren, Scott Shuler (Brandi), Kelly Shuler Butcher (Allen), Chad Flanagan (Erin), Andrew Flanagan, Laura Werts Christian (Samuel) and Benjamin Flanagan (Ashlie); and also Katrina Daniels.
