With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi Aquino (Smithers, West Virginia), born in Winona, West Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lawrence; her parents, Burl Skaggs and Naomi Fisher Skaggs; her brothers, Fred Skaggs and George Skaggs; her daughter Catherine "Cathy" Aquino of Smithers; and her siblings-in-law, Janis Skaggs and Lee Vaught.
