It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Divita (Smithers, West Virginia), born in Charlton Heights, West Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Sr. He is survived by: his parent Gladys Faye Martin Divita, Sr.; his sisters, Frances Gail Farmer (Jerry) of Virginia, Nancy Lloyd (Mike) of Smithers and Diana Behrman (Joe) of Columbia, MD; his nieces and nephews, Barbara, Jerry, Scott Farmer and Tiffany Lloyd; and his daughter Elizabeth of Rob Lloyd.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the American Kidney Fund (kidneyfund.org) or to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org).
