He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin "Ray" Bender and Gladys Bender. He is survived by: his wife Angela Y. Bender; his children, Lindsey Taylor (Andrew) of Slanesville, WV, Chandler Bender of Slanesville, WV and Trinity Bender of Slanesville, WV; his grandchildren, Bella and Mykah Taylor; his sister Cathy Baker (Roger); his brother-in-law Matt (Jodi); his in-laws, Wayne and Bonnie Stotler; his siblings-in-law, Andy (Mandy), Levi (Darr) and Nicole (Brent); and also Gladys Bender. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
