She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Ludwick and Mary Phillips; her husband Dwight L. Cowgill; and her siblings, Clifford Ludwick, James Ludwick and Madiline Malick.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Cowgill (Sue) of Slanesville, WV, Douglas Cowgill (Tammy) of Romney, WV and Cheryl See (Jimmy) of Purgitsville, WV; her brother William Ludwick, Jr. of Winchester, VA; and her close friend Wayne Bradfield. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
