He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Hardesty and Mary A. Hardesty (Frazee); and his wives, Ruth Lucas Hardesty and Margaret Friel Hardesty. He is survived by: his children, Dolly Graham (David) of Slanesville, WV and Wayne Hardesty of Inwood, WV; his grandchildren, Michael Archer (Amy) and Aimee Graham (Travis Jeffries); and his sister Sarah Costa (Louis) of Myrtle Beach, SC.. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
