He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stamp and Florence Stamp (Ezelle); and his wife Cynthia Jane Stamp (Hall). He is survived by: his children, Stacey Stamp of Winchester, VA and Letetia Beall (Ernest); his grandfathers, Stormy Stamp (Vonda) of Lusby, MD, Jesse Hall of Slanesville, WV and Alexus Woods of Winchester, VA; and his siblings, Jimmy Stamp of Calvert Co and Helen Harrington of Calvert Co. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
