He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis Maguire and Irma Foster; and his brother John Maguire. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anna Melton Maguire; his son Sean Maguire; his grandfather David Patrick Maguire; his grandchildren, Brianna, Raye, Savanna and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Bentley and Rayne.
