We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2019, at the age of 83, Neil Bays (Slab Fork, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Bays and Wilda Bays of Slab Fork; his siblings, Larry Bays and Kenna Holt; his wife Sandra Burnette Bays; his children, Ken Bays of Lewisburg and Lisa Bays of Edinburg, Texas; his brother Jerry Bays (Ann) of Beckley; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Bays of Beckley and Howard Burnette (Nancy) of Cornelius, N. C.; and his nieces and nephews, Max Bays of Odenton, Pierce Holt of Apex, N. C., Julie Bays of Beckley, Caroline Crumpton of Fernandina Beach, Mary Bays of Fair Lawn, N. J. and Carol Cullen of Miami.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations of sympathy be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church at P.O. Box 370, Shady Spring 25918, or to Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
