He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Halsey; and his brothers, Michael and Jerry Halsey. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Halsey (Birchfield); and his siblings, Beth Halsey and Brian Halsey. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
