It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saundra Fox of Sistersville, West Virginia, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl E. Fox, Jr.; her parents, Paul E. Lowe and Blanche V. Lowe (Miller); her brothers, Phillip and Jim Lowe; her granddaughter Hope Creech; and her son-in-law Roger Gales.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Wells (Bob) of Sistersville, WV, Paula J. Creech (Fox) of New Martinsville, WV and Darla Fox-Gales of Shallotte, NC; her grandchildren, Anthony Wells (Tiffanie), Dalton Wells, Kerstin Creech, Hogan Wells, Autumn Wells and Paisley Gales; and her great grandchildren, Brielle and Tucker Wells.
