He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Grim Smith; his children, Raymond Smith, Michael Smith, Crystal Shields (Jimmy) and Melania Smith; his stepsons, Michael Grim and Patrick Cooper; his siblings, Susan Wilson, Otto, Harry and Donald Smith; his grandchildren, Khloe Willey, Aubrey Smith, Jaxon Shields, Breea Shields and Kyra Shields; and his former wife Lorie Staley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
