She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wilkinson and Cecelia Wilkinson; her siblings, Norma Price, Bill, Butch and Dennis "Ted" Wilkinson; and her grandson Shawn Henthorn.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Butcher of Sistersville, WV and Penny Nelson of New Martinsville, WV. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
