She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Wells and Golda Sewell Wells; her husband Emil Hanood; and her siblings, Phillip Wells, Charles Wells (Katherine), Bert Wells (Leona), Blake Wells (Lesta), Mary Smith (Brady), Helen Wells, Louise Carr (Gene) and Betty Barron (John).
She is survived by: her children, Krista DeVaughn of Sistersville, WV and Danny Hanood of Greensboro, NC; and her granddaughters, Madison and Hali DeVaughn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
