It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Howard of Sistersville, West Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Archer Howard and Margaret Starkey Howard; and his brothers, Larry, Eugene and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Holsonback Howard of Sistersville, WV; his daughter Jaime Hissam (Emel) of Sistersville, WV; his stepgrandchildren, Amelia and Brock Hissam; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Keegan Ebert and Urijah Mossor; and his caregiver Carolyn Leek. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces and nephews.
