It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Buck (Sistersville, West Virginia), who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Buck and Mary Wright Buck; and his siblings, Virgil, Orgil, Creal, Eugene, Paul, Lyle, Gail, Evelyn, Gertrude and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Shelva Neff Buck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
