He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ice and Eva Ice (Stewart). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Ice (Neff); his children, Sharon Garrison (Mark) and Brian Ice; his grandsons, Ethan Garrison (Mikayla) and Noah Garrison (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Maggie, Natalie and Lily. He is also survived by foster siblings; along with several special nieces, nephews and cousins.
