She was predeceased by: her siblings, Richard "Dick" Gherke, Ray "Butch" Wamsley, Steven Wamsley, Ethan "Biff" Wamsley, Kathryn "Kay" Keith and Sandra Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Red" Mason; her daughters, Shelley Ritchie (Joe) of Bridgeport, WV and Sherie Kemp of Sistersville, WV; her grandsons, Wyatt Kemp (Alexandria "Red" Moore), Jerod Kemp, JD and Mason Ritchie; and her great grandchildren, Easton, Bentley and Bryson Kemp. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (506 Wells St, Sistersville, WV 26175).
In lieu of flowers, Fran's wishes were to have others consider helping those in need by contributing to the First Baptist Church to boost their Sistersville Area Ministerial Association Food Pantry Ministry at P.O. Box 64 Sistersville, WV 26175.
