He was predeceased by: his parents, John Buchanan and Jaqueline Birkheimer Buchanan; and his siblings, Jeff, John Buchanan and Julie Buchanan.
He is survived by: his children, Darren Buchanan (Karalynn) of New Matamoras, OH, Brittany Buchanan (Korey Lucas) of Sistersville and Brandi Owens (Branden) of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Annalynn, Eloise Lucas, Jenson Owens and Roman Buchanan; and his sister Tammy Still.
