She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Johnson and Helen Ice Johnson; and her husband James "Jim" Shreves. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Shreves (Leona) of Sistersville, WV and Kathy Michael (Neil) of Sistersville, WV; her grandchildren, Isaac Michael (Kalea) of Sistersville, WV, Levi Shreves of Sistersville, WV and Madison Shreves of Sistersville, WV; her great grandchildren, Kash and Gracelynn Michael; and her siblings, Bill Johnson (Janet), Dan Johnson (Pat) and Nancy McMullen (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
