She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tuttle and Elmina Hafer Tuttle; her husband R. Herbert Placer; her son Charles Placer; and her great grandchild Christian Placer.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Placer of Sistersville, WV; her grandsons, Benjamin Placer (Amanda), Corey Placer (Alisha), Jason Placer (Chandra) and Josh Placer; her great grandchildren, Branden Placer, Alyson Murphy (Daniel), Zackary Placer, Haiden Placer, Hallie Placer and Ava Placer; and her great great grandchildren, Coen Placer and Jace Murphy.
