Underwood, Sr.; her daughter Mitzie M. U. Johnson (John A.); her sister Barbara Lou McClain (Bill); her grandchildren, Laken Nicole Boram (Dustin M.), James Levi Underwood and Darcy Michelle Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Bayleigh Marie Smith and Ryder Michael Boram.
