With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty Ruth Rush of Sistersville, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Betty Ruth left this world on July 7, 2024 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Ice and Opal Evans Ice; her husband Delbert Rush; and her grandson Nicholas Rush. She is survived by : her sons, Don Rush (Joyce) of Sistersville, WV and Ron Rush (Teresa) of Sistersville, WV; her brother Kenneth Ice (Joan) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Benjamin Rush (Laura) of Marietta, OH, Rebecca Smith (Steve) of Athens, AL and Isaac Rush of Marietta, OH; and her great grandchildren, Reed Rush, Liliana and Emmett Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Myers Funeral Home (600 Main St, Sistersville, WV 26175). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Tuttle Cemetery, 2305 Dry Run Road, Sistersville, WV 26175.
