He is survived by: his wife Barbara Michaels of Sistersville, WV; his sons, Charlie Michaels (Cindy) of Grove City, OH and Neal Michaels (Amy) of Daniels, WV; his brother Mike Michaels; his stepmother Martha Michaels; his grandchildren, Joshua Michaels and Peyton Michaels; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Henley and Cierra Smith; and his sister Karen Templeton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and pets.
