He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Frame and Helen Frame. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Sue Frame; his daughter Elekta Rae Scarberry (Jeff); his grandsons, Evan Scarberry (Jessica) and Jordan Scarberry; his great grandchild Hadlee Rae Scarberry; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Harrison (Jacqueline) and Dottie Moss of Sissonville.
