He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lacy; his children, Jessica Griffith (Darren) of Sod, Angela Reynolds (Nathan) of Charleston, Seth Lacy (Erica) of Teays Valley and Angie Ashley (Brett) of Louisville, Kentucky; his siblings, Richard Lacy (Tonya) of Cross Lanes and Sande Slaughter (Skip) of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Madison (Adam Griffith), Natalie (Corbin Reynolds), Kaiden (Kaleb Lacy) and Brennon Legg.
