She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lupardus and Miller Lupardus of Maryland; her husband Wayne Fields; her sister Eloise Greathouse; and her pet Precious.

She is survived by: her children, Brady Haynes and Brandy Haynes of Sissonville; her brothers, Tommy Lupardus and Richard Lupardus; her grandchildren, Liam, Lacy, Kayden, Diamond, Alayna, Linzy and Chance; and her sister Barb Burdette of Sissonville.
