He is survived by: his wife Tami Blankinship Lowmiller; his brother Jerry Todd Lowmiller; his nephews, JT Lowmiller, Lawrence Lowmiller and William A. Pauley; his sisters-in-law, Amy Blankinship and Kelly Dulin; and his mother-in-law Phyllis H. Blankinship.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Canaan United Methodist Church.
