He was predeceased by: his parent Hollie Ray Shaffer; his brothers, Randy and Timothy Shaffer; and his daughter Samantha. He is survived by: his mother Alva Faye Hughart; his close friend Missy; his siblings, Rita and Kevin; and his children, Sarah, Amanda, Leslie, Anthony, Robbie, Chad, Lannie Jr., Luke, Nick and Marcus. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
