He is survived by: his children, Chris Foster (Pam) and Laura Agarwal (Sanjay); his daughter-in-law Betty Edens Foster; and his grandchildren, Justin Holmes (Leona), Amanda Foster, James Foster (Brandy), Josh Foster (Cassidy), Amisha, Reena and Rohan Agarwal. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2007 McClure Pkwy, Charleston, WV 25312). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
