She is survived by: her husband Mike Clark of Sissonville; her daughter April Holtsclaw (Matt); her stepdaughters, Serena Richards and Jessica Jenkins; her brother James Pelphrey of St. Albans; her grandchildren, Zoe, Zach, Ryan, Braden and Mia; and her pet Buddy.
