He is survived by: his children, Barbara A. Slater (Howard Lee) of Sissonville, Diana Burdette of Sissonville, Richard Lee Burdette of Sissonville, Cathy Lynn Seabolt of Charleston and Rudi Lee Burdette (Shelby Roberts) of Sissonville; his sister Lillian Marie Westfall of Texas; and his grandchildren, Curtis Hanshaw, Jessica Rhodes, Leslie Moore, Joshua Slater, Brittany Fields, Mindy Burdette, Jennifer Myers, Kaylee Burdette and Tabitha Burdette. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
